1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Vacvixy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vacvixy online store located at vacvixy.myshopify.com (the "Site"), including all products, services, features, content, and applications offered by Vacvixy (collectively, the "Services"). If your order is canceled after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by providing incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information.

5. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of sales tax. Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address. Shipping within the United States is FREE for all orders. We do not charge shipping fees for domestic deliveries. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of order acceptance. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by you, or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, or force majeure.

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus any costs incurred, or to require payment of reshipping costs before resending the order.

8. Returns and Refunds

Vacvixy offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. This return window is our voluntary policy; there is no statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for most online purchases in the United States. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions set forth in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. Custom or personalized items, clearance or final-sale items, and products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
